You can place an order by proceeding to checkout after clicking the "ADD TO CART" button. You agree that your order(s) is\/are an offer to purchase the product(s) specified in the order pursuant to these Terms of Sale.<\/p>

Each product order is considered a separate purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO Italia, which reserves the right to refuse any order without explanation (including, but not limited to, orders suspected of fraud). You will be notified if DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO Italia decides not to accept your order.<\/p>

The user will have the opportunity to review his\/her order(s), read and accept the Conditions of Sale, check the total price and characteristics of the order(s) and the information provided, and correct any input errors before confirming the order(s).<\/p>

4. Order fulfillment and contract formation<\/h3>

Once the order(s) have been finalized on the DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO e-store according to the instructions made available on the site through the online ordering procedure, DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO Italia will send an email to the email address provided, confirming receipt of the order(s) and indicating the details of the product(s) ordered (hereinafter, the 'Order Receipt Confirmation Email\u201d).<\/p>

The aforementioned email does not constitute acceptance of the order(s): it is merely a confirmation of receipt of the order(s) by DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO Italy.<\/p>

The contract between the user and DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO Italia will be deemed concluded only when DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO Italia sends the user an email to confirm that the product(s) has\/have been shipped (hereinafter, the \u2019Shipping Confirmation Email\u201c).<\/p>

5. Prices, taxes and duties, shipping and handling charges<\/h3>

The price charged for a product will be the price indicated on the information\/presentation page relating to the individual product at the time the user places the order, and will be indicated on the confirmation page that will appear to the user on the screen after finalising the order and in the Order Receipt Confirmation Email.<\/p>

Product prices include VAT (or other applicable taxes or duties), and any shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout.<\/p>

6. Payment<\/h3>

Payments must be made using one of the methods listed below, chosen during the checkout process: VISA, MasterCard, or PayPal.<\/p>

Credit cards require authorization at checkout. Accepted credit and debit card types are also listed at the bottom of the DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO e-store. If you purchase with Scalapay, you'll receive your order immediately and pay in 3-4 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties, and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.<\/p>

7. Delivery<\/h3>

Shipping times, if not indicated at the time the user places the order, will be reported in the order confirmation.<\/p>

DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO Italia reserves the right to replace the courier responsible for delivering the order.<\/p>

If you, without reasonable cause, postpone delivery, or delay receipt of delivery after DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO has notified you that it has attempted to deliver the items you ordered, or if you have provided an incorrect delivery address resulting in delivery failure, the package will be returned to DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO and DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO will be relieved of its obligation to deliver the items within the established delivery time.<\/p>

Orders are processed with shipping via express couriers.<\/p>

DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO will not be responsible for delays or failures to deliver if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, national or local states of emergency, failure of transport infrastructure, interruptions in electricity or other utilities, earthquakes, other natural disasters, or delays or postponements in delivery caused by the recipient.<\/p>

8. Product availability<\/h3>

If the product you wish to order is no longer available, you will be technically prevented from placing your order on the DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO e-store. Furthermore, in a few exceptional and unforeseeable cases, a product listed on the site as available may no longer be available after you place your order. In this case, the contract between you and DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO Italy will not be concluded, and you will be notified accordingly. Therefore, the product will not be included in the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you. If payment is made before the Product's unavailability is confirmed (e.g., via PayPal), DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO will refund the sums paid by you as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days of DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO's notification of the Product's unavailability.<\/p>

9. Compatibility, product information<\/h3>

When ordering, please ensure that the products you purchase are compatible with your intended use. 10. Ownership of the products<\/h3>

Ownership of the products, and the related risk, transfers from DILUCA SRL \u2013 CAMEO ITALIANO to the user upon receipt of the products by the latter.<\/p>
