Pending confirmation: Please wait while our staff members process your request.

While waiting for your package: prepare the package to be returned by inserting the return form inside. You'll find it in the "RETURNS" section of your Members Area on our website. Write the following information on the package:

Remember to pay close attention to:
– do not remove any parts of the jewel;
– do not remove labels and tags;
– do not destroy or damage original boxes, envelopes and packaging;
– do not write on the original boxes or packaging;
– return all accessories originally supplied.

Package received: wait for our staff to perform a detailed review of the returned products to confirm or reject your return.

Return completed: Your return was successful because it meets all the requirements listed above. You will receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the products, based on the payment method you used for purchase.

Return rejected: We're sorry, but your return has been rejected for one of the following reasons:

  • products visibly used

  • products that are altered, tampered with, broken, or abrasion-damaged

  • incomplete products (e.g. missing chain, missing earring parts, ...)

  • customized products based on specific customer requests

  • purchase made for business and/or professional use (purchase with VAT number)
