Request a return

  1. Access your Reserved Area with your credentials (if you are already logged in, click on your name in the top right).

  2. Click on the “My Orders” section.

  3. Now click on “Return” for the order you want to return.

  4. Select the products you wish to return by checking the corresponding box.

  5. Write a message with the reason for your return in the corresponding box.

  6. Click the “Send request” button.

Requirements needed to return and obtain a refund.
All products returned for a refund (except for Warranty Replacement) must retain the same condition they had at the time of purchase; therefore, they must be returned in "as new" condition and suitable for resale.

Please note that all original seals, labels, tags, boxes, or packaging must be intact. Failure to do so will result in the product being considered "used" and will be returned to the sender with shipping costs charged, or a penalty ranging from $501 to $801 of the purchase price will be applied, depending on the condition of the returned product upon arrival.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the purchase is made for business and/or professional use (purchase with VAT number).

IMPORTANT:
Returns are considered "Authorized" only if accompanied by our dedicated return form. Any returns received without this form and therefore without authorization will be systematically rejected by our warehouse.

Please return the products in perfect condition. Thank you!

The products you return to us will need to be re-sold, so please be careful to handle them carefully if you're unsure about keeping them, and send them back to us exactly as you'd like them.

It's a gesture of respect for those who will buy them after you.

In particular, remember to:

  • do not remove any parts of the jewel;

  • do not remove labels and tags;

  • do not destroy or damage original boxes, envelopes and packaging;

  • do not write on the original boxes or packaging;

  • return all accessories originally supplied;

We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns of:

  • products visibly used;

  • products that are altered, tampered with, broken, or abrasion-damaged;

  • incomplete products (e.g. missing chain, missing parts of earrings, ...);

  • customized products based on specific customer requests;

Please note that in the cases listed above, the return cannot be refunded and your product will remain at your disposal.

We can send it back to you, charging you the shipping costs.

We'll refund you immediately

As soon as we receive your return, if it meets the requirements listed above, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the products:

  • We will refund your credit card immediately if you paid by credit card (or Paypal)

  • We will refund you by bank transfer if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

  • We cannot issue refunds by other means (card top-ups, postal orders, bank checks).

Right of withdrawal

Your satisfaction is our top priority, so you can always count on us to return any products you aren't happy with. You can easily exercise your right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999) by completing the online form available from your order details.

After a return, you can request a refund or credit for a future order. The return request must be made no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including any packaging, seals, labels, and other accessories.

Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you a penalty ranging from 50 to 80% of the value of the product.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Purchase made for business and/or professional use (purchase with VAT number).

  • Any product that does not retain the original characteristics and features it had at the time of purchase (for example, a missing label or simply a broken packaging).

  • Any product that has been even minimally used or has been altered, tampered with, broken, or abrasion-damaged.

  • Any product customized to specific customer requests.

Refund Policy

We will refund the price paid for the product returned under the Right of Withdrawal within 14 (Fourteen) days of receiving your return.

The refund will be made to your credit card if the original payment was made by credit card, and by bank transfer in all other cases.
Refunds cannot be made using other payment methods (prepaid card top-ups, cashier's checks, etc.).
