A wrong size, a product you don't like or simply a detail you hadn't considered will no longer be a problem for you.
With the procedure of "Easy Return" you can return with a few clicks the products that you do not want to keep.
Request a return
1. Log into your profile (if you're already logged in, click on your name upper right).
2. Click “Order history and details”.
3. Now click "Details and returns" beside the order you wish to return.
4. Choose the products you wish to return by ticking the box.
5. Write the reason for your return in the box.
6. Click "Request return".

The Free Return travels exclusively with our courier agreement.

Remember to request the return no later than 14 days after receipt of your order.
The courier will pick up the package at your home according to your requests, so make sure you have prepared everything by following the instructions that will be provided.
Important: you can request a free return only 1 time for the same order.
Requirements needed to make the return and get a refund.
All products returned in order to obtain a refund (except in the case of Warranty Replacement) must retain the characteristics that had at the time of purchase, so they must be returned in "like new" and be suitable for resale.
Remember that all original seals, labels, tags, boxes or wrappers must be intact. In the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered "used" and will therefore be returned to the sender by charging the shipping costs or retained with a penalty that will vary from 50% to 80% of the purchase value depending on the conditions of arrival of the returned product.
The right of withdrawal is not possible if the purchase is made for business and / or professional use (purchase with VAT number), and if it concerns a customised product based on specific customer requests.
Returns are considered "Authorized" only and only if they travel with our appropriate return form. All returns that reach us without this form and therefore without authorization will be systematically rejected by our warehouse.
Similarly, all returns made with a courier other than the one agreed and by us responsible for the return, will be systematically refused and returned to sender.

The products you return to us will have to be put back on sale, so please treat them with great care if you are not sure to keep them and send them back to us just as you would like to receive them.
It is a gesture of respect for those who will purchase them after you.
In particular remember
- do not remove parts of the jewelry
- do not remove labels and tags
- do not destroy or damage boxes, envelopes and original packaging;
- do not write on the original boxes or packaging;
- return all accessories originally supplied;
We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns of: - visibly used products;
- products that bear alteration, tampering, breakage, or abrasion;
- incomplete products (e.g. the chain is missing, parts of earrings are missing, ...) - customised products on specific customer requests;
Note that in the cases listed above, the return cannot be refunded and your product will remain at your disposal.
We can send it back to you by charging you for transport.
We refund you immediately
As soon as we receive your return, if it meets the requirements listed above, we will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of products: The refund will be issued using the same method used for purchase.

Right of withdrawal
Your satisfaction is very important to us, so you can always count on the return of products that are not to your liking. You can easily exercise the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999) by filling out the appropriate online form accessible from the details of your order.
Following a return you can request a refund or a credit to spend on a future order. The request for return must be made no later than 14 days from receipt of goods.
In order to enjoy the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, therefore complete with any packaging, seals, labels, various accessories supplied.
In default we reserve the right to charge you a penalty ranging from 50 to 80% of the value of the product.
• Purchase made for business and / or professional use (purchase with VAT)
• Any product that does not retain the original characteristics and equipment possessed at the time of purchase (for example the lack of a label or the simple breaking of the package).
• Any product that has been even minimally used or has undergone alteration, tampering, breakage, or abrasion.
• Any product customised to specific customer requests.
We will refund the price paid for the product returned in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of your return.
The refund will be made by credit card if the original payment was made by credit card, and by bank transfer in all other cases.
There are no refunds by other means of payment (recharges on prepaid cards, bank drafts, etc ...).
